Shipping and Other Information

Ordering Information:
Grassy Knoll Exotic Plants now accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

You can still call in your order or send it via e-mail using the contact information below if you would prefer. Personal checks and money orders are accepted. Please make checks out to: Grassy Knoll Exotic Plants. Please allow time for checks to clear.

Shipping:
You can calculate your shipping before completing your order. After adding your desired products, go to your cart and click on Get Shipping Quote.

All orders are shipped via USPS. The regular shipping season is April-October. Feel free to order during the year, the plants will be shipped out at the correct time. Please allow several days for us to process your order during regular shipping season. If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we can only reserve pre-paid plants. There may be a delay on some plants that have sold out. If the delay will be lengthy, you will be contacted.

Butterfly Collectors:
If you need a lot of plants of only a few species, it might be advantageous to get a pot of rooted cuttings. We can propagate rooted cuttings in quantities of 20 or more per variety for $3.00 per cutting. Since we don't have enough cutting material of all our plants, please contact us if you're interested. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the cuttings to root.

International Orders:
We will be sending out international orders in July and August. We will most likely be able to ship to your country, but please inquire beforehand. Phytosanitary certificates cost $40.00 per order. Shipping on international orders will be billed individually on an at-cost basis. There will be a shipping deposit required at the time of ordering, but if it exceeds the cost of shipping the difference will be promptly refunded. Minimum order: $120.00 for international orders.

Please note that international shipping to Thailand does not need a Phytosanitary certificate.
