Subgenus: Passiflora, Supersection: Laurifolia, Series: Tiliifoila. A robust vine with greenish white flowers generously flecked with purple. The flowers are very fragrant and yield wonderful, edible fruit. Needs lots of room. minimum temperature 45 degrees F. Food plant for Heleconius ismenius and H. isabella.
