Overview
Very decorative bat-wing passion flower from Costa Rica. Passiflora apetala has small, yellowish flowers and bat-wing leaves that are fresh, bright green with stripes along the midribs. Cool growing, this vine does best in areas with mild summer weather. Very charming. Self-fertile flowers produce small black berries the size of a pea. Not partiularly good for eating.
