[( P. amethystina x P. caerulea) x (P. amethysitna x P. caerulea) x P. caerulea]. Rick McCain's hybrid. Nice, free-flowering and vigorous hybrid with a dark blue/purple center and lavender petals. Very easy and tolerates a wide range of conditions from very warm to very cold. Tolerates light frosts and has successfully been overwintered in USDA zone 8.
